Order processing time

Once your order is placed, it is carefully prepared for shipment.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day

During this time, your order is verified, packed and prepared for international transport.

After processing, your order is shipped to its destination.

  • Estimated shipping time: 5–12 business days

  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs procedures

Because we ship internationally, delivery times can occasionally be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays or seasonal demand. We always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Where we ship from

To maintain consistent quality and fair pricing, Seraviene ships from our central warehouse in Asia. This allows us to carefully manage inventory, quality control and packaging standards for every order.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • Tracking becomes active once the package is scanned by the carrier

  • It may take 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear

  • You can follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.

Customs and import fees

Please note:

  • International shipments may be subject to customs inspections

  • Any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • These charges are determined by local authorities and are outside our control

Incorrect address or delivery issues

Seraviene is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts

  • Delivery delays caused by customs or carriers

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
